Hi, I'm Hannah Lee! 👋
Welcome to
Hanaro Therapy.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in California (LCSW 105872) and experienced psychotherapist and Brainspotting practitioner focusing on trauma-informed care and healing work for individuals, couples, and families. I am passionate about supporting and guiding young adults in their 20s and 30s to heal from their past wounds, grow into self-love and empowerment, and thrive rather than survive as they pursue their goals and dreams.

Many of us are struggling to get through the days as we deal with the stress of balancing complicated thoughts and feelings about identity, relationships, and coping with the constant pressures of living in our current situation.

Whether it is adjusting to post-pandemic life, the state of our society, personal and relational struggles, or all of the above, I would be honored to walk with you as a supportive, consistent, and helpful companion and guide in your journey towards healing and strength.

It would be a privilege to support you through issues of identity, spirituality, trauma, difficult relationships, and personal effectiveness.
I will be here waiting to hear from you!

About Hannah Lee

I view the therapeutic relationship as an equal partnership as we work together towards the fulfillment of your personal and relational goals.

I work from a trauma-informed approach and am level 3 trained in Brainspotting, a focused-mindfulness-body-based trauma healing intervention that supports people to heal from traumatic experiences and engage in expansion work for improvement in quality of life.

In our work together, I focus on cultivating your strengths while addressing the areas of healing and growth you have chosen as your therapy goals.
